BMO needed to find a way to engage with a generation of customers that actively ignores them. In order to redefine what banking looks like to appeal to a younger demographic, BMO partnered with us to launch NXT LVL, becoming the first bank in the world to create a dedicated branch on streaming platform Twitch.

The goal of this initiative was to meet consumers where they are and allow them to obtain financial education while also being entertained. With this new type of banking experience, BMO helped gamers level up in both gaming and in financing. The campaign far exceeded its goals, and reimagined where and how consumers engage with a bank.
