His career has been based on hard work, passion and a dedication to understanding human behavior to ultimately help the world’s leading brands embrace transformational ideas that will help them win today and tomorrow. Tyler joined FCB Canada as CEO in 2015 and rose quickly through the company’s leadership ranks. He was promoted to Group CEO for FCB Canada and New York in 2019, adding the North American CEO title shortly before being named Global CEO for FCB in 2022.
His leadership at FCB has been recognized for his ability to recruit incredibly talented people and build collaborative teams who have taken their agencies to the highest levels of success in the U.S., Canada, and all over the world. Prior to his time at FCB, Tyler racked up multiple Ad Age “A-List” wins for his agencies, was named an Adweek Brand Star, grew Publicis Canada’s digital presence from five people to 100+, co-founded TEDx Toronto, and landed in Marketing Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30.
Consistently striving to build an agency culture that values creativity and collaboration in order to drive growth, Tyler is cultivating a work environment that represents, values, and encourages diverse backgrounds and perspectives to fuel creativity.
He began his career in advertising as an intern at Publicis Canada in 2006. He and his family continue to live in Toronto, where he is an avid freestyle skier who takes his children skiing nearly every weekend and travels widely with his family. He is an active member of YPO and serves on The Ad Council Board.
