As Global Chief Data and Intelligence Officer, Tina oversees end-to-end data solutions across CRM, Brand, and Media globally for FCB. As a connector, an accelerator, and a collaborator, she focuses on marrying logic and magic to drive clients’ businesses forward.
In her day-to-day, Tina bridges business and data science functions to bring strategic rigor and insights further upstream in the client relationship, and leads our fastest-growing global performance offering: FCB/SIX. She is responsible for managing client data business and creative solutions across all FCB global clients and has worked on some of FCB’s most awarded global creative work, proving that creativity is the greatest economic multiplier in the world.
Unlike most people with her tech and science background, Tina began her career in the 1990s as a studio artist at a small but renowned creative shop, where she helped the agency’s art directors learn and incorporate the new Macintosh technology into their previously mechanical-based workflows for clients such as Fisher-Price Toys.
Prior to FCB, Tina served five and a half years as Managing Director of Data Solutions at BBDO New York, where she built data-driven results for global brands across a variety of categories and brands, including Mars, Ford, Bacardi, FedEx, SAP, Pepsi, and Dunkin’.
Tina is the 2025 President of the Cannes Data Lions Jury, having served on Cannes juries in prior years, and has judged Global Effies, The One Show, AICP Next Awards and Echo Awards. Tina has won numerous industry awards including New York Business Journal Women of Influence in Advertising and Working Mother of the Year for She Runs It. She was named to the Adweek 50 as one of the global behind-the-scenes stars of media, marketing, and technology.
Tina is a member of IPG’s Data and Commerce Councils, IPG’s Global Unilever Executive Team, and IPG’s Salesforce Ignite Team, as well as FCB’s Global Creative Council where she makes sure that the flows of science and art move seamlessly through the agency. She also sits on the board of the ARF and IAB.
Growing up just outside of Boston, Tina now lives in Long Island, New York, near the beach. While she’s lost the Boston accent, she hasn’t lost her love of the Red Sox and still visits Fenway regularly with her two sons Trevor and Owen.
