Bella Patel

Global Chief Talent Officer

With over 25 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and human resources, Bella is a passionate advocate for people and a visionary leader in building inclusive, high-performing cultures. At FCB, she is a driving force behind the agency’s belief that inclusion is not just a value, but a creative advantage — one that fuels innovation, cultural relevance, and business success.

As Global Chief Talent Officer, Bella partners with talent leads across FCB’s global network to bring the agency’s “talent above all else” philosophy to life. She is committed to developing the next generation of leaders, ensuring that every employee — regardless of background — feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow. From entry-level to executive, her talent strategies are designed to unlock potential, promote equity, and build teams that reflect the world we live in.

Bella’s journey at FCB began in 2006 as an HR manager in Chicago and later elevated to Chief Talent Officer in 2014. She was named Global Chief Talent Officer in 2022. Under her leadership, FCB Chicago experienced a creative and cultural renaissance, attracting top-tier talent and nurturing a workplace culture recognized for both its business impact and bold creativity.

Her work continues to shape a talent ecosystem where diverse voices are elevated, opportunities are transparent, and career growth is intentional. She is a key architect of programs that introduce high school students to advertising, reimagine non-traditional recruitment, and reduce attrition by investing in meaningful employee development and mentorship.

Prior to FCB, Bella supported HR efforts at Raytheon Polar Services Company’s Antarctic program and Hyatt Hotels. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management from Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, CO.

Above all, Bella leads with purpose, heart, and a deep belief that talent can — and should — change everything.
